Home Made Aloe Vera Juice

If you want to prepare an aloe vera juice than can cool you down in the hot summer days, then here is a refreshing and tasty mixture that contains green apples, cucumbers and lemons. For this juice recipe you will need two large or medium leafs of aloe vera from which you can extract about two teaspoons of pulp. Cut and peel the apples and cucumbers and then create a thick pasty juice using a blender. In order to thin the mixture you will need to add the lemon juice from a medium size lemon and the pulp of aloe vera that you previously collected. Mix it with the blender again, leave it in the fridge for about one hour (even better for 30 minutes in freezer) and voila, you got a healthy and refreshing summer drink.

In case you are expecting visitors you know have some health problems, then here is an exotic recipe of aloe vera juice, which includes apples, carrots, pineapple, coconut milk and a teaspoon of fresh aloe vera pulp. The fruits and vegetable need to be mixed in the blender until they become smooth and can be served on the rocks after cooling them down in the fridge for two hours.

It is important to note that in general aloe vera will act like a laxative if you use it internally. Therefore, if you prepare aloe vera juice for your guests or for your family make sure that you do not prepare it in large quantities.
